More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
